Les Hedges

By Dave McAlister • Feb 26th, 2010 • Category: Latest News

Today members of the UK roleplaying community paid their last respects to Les Hedges. Les, who passed away on the 16th, was a stalwart of the UK convention and Living campaign scene. I first met Les when I was on the Sarbreenar committee and he immediately struck me as the sort of person who would lighten up anyone’s day. Something that proved to be the case in character as well with his Forgotten Realms priest of Lathander (the god of light in that campaign world). Many a convention heard the echo of Les praising, in character, Lathander and it always brought a smile to my face.

Tonight I raise a glass in Les’ memory. Rest in peace my friend.
