You need special permissions - which I give on a case by case basis (mainly because I always forget to give moderators them when I make them moderators
). I've changed your permissions now and you can make stickies in the Indie RPG Meetup forum now.
To do so, scroll down beneath the "Submit" button and you should see the options there. Likewise, if you want to make a thread that's already been created sticky, just edit it and you should see the same options beneath the "Submit" button
