I am also provisionally but most likely in for this. The date is conveniently between Games Expo and Continuum, so that it does not clash with either.

We're thinking of booking the gaminghall on saturday/sunday. But it might be convenient for you guys to come over on Friday amd leave on Monday? And yeah, I made an initial mistake hehe.

The only con (pun intended) I can see to that date is that it will most likeely be the same weekend as the Graspop Metal Festival a lot of us Dutchies like to attend. That date is not 100% final yet, but will likely be that weekend.

Otherwise I'm totally for it, since this will be about a 15-20 minute walk from my apartment...
