Is this con expected to happen in 2011 or is it now deceased, pining for the fjords, pushing up daisies etc.?

Yes, sadly, the convention was unable to continue because of other commitments of the management team - a convention of that size takes approximately 3 continuous full time months to plan and the to run and round off afterwards. We had a hoot running it though and miss doing all the things involved. You never know, as the phoenix rises...

Thanks for the update. To my shame as a 'local' I never made it to Game, but I know people who did and had a grand time

Thanks to you and the other members of the management team for running it, and here's hoping that 'Phoenix' rises at some point in the future
