Ok. With the addition of Pete who responded to me by text, that gives us 4 definites for next week.

I am awaiting a response from Ben & Beccy to see if they are due back next week.
So I cannot quite yet say if there are any spaces on the 2nd.

However, as Karl has indicated, he cannot make the 9th, so there will definitely be a seat spare then.

If (the new) Richard does not have a regular game on, perhaps he might like to play that week?
If he doesn't want it, then I offer the space to anyone else in the Club.

But for Dec 2nd, I will let everyone know as soon as I know (hopefully after/over the weekend).
It depends if Ben+Beccy contact me directly or if they post here on the boards where everyone else can see.

Okies- so for Dec 2nd there is full table with:
Beccy
Ben
Karl
Mark
Pete
Tom

And of Dec 9th, if he wants it.... Richard can replace Karl for the week.
If he doesn't, then there is a space up for grabs.

Dec 16th could be the same as the 2nd... but I'll confirm closer to the time (after this Thurs at least!).

I've just heard that unfortunately Pete cannot make it tonight. :(

...which means that there is a seat at the table free.

So if anyone is checking the boards in advance of tonight who wants to play (Richard?... or Paul?... or anyone else?), then a space is up for grabs.

Please prep a character in advance if you can.
Or turn up earlier so it doesn't interfere with the start time of 7.30.

As stated previously, everyone is 5th level, so level up existing characters to that, or follow the guidelines in this thread for creating from scratch.

It looks unlikely that there is enough people to play (& book the room) on the 30th- so this will be the last session of December.

If people are still interested in playing, it can return in the New Year.
Nominally for March- but I can run a module during any free week as long as there is interest & enough players!

In the meantime! See you all next week for a Prison Break! :twisted:

Nominally it would be having to buy the delta in the price between the 2 basic armour types.
(Well, in theory, it should be 20% of the original scale & then the delta upgrade!)
And then have once of the Ritual Casters (Lumus or Dewriel) cast Transfer Enchantment on it.

But for this set of Adventures, the idea behind the cash is for you guys (& girl!) to have the cash to spend on Magic items- be it Consummables or more-personalized non-slot items of uber-ness.

So for purely switching armour types (or any other equipment), I think we can say you just do it! :D

The Episodic feel that I was always aiming for (not only with different characters dropping in & out each week), is that the Adventurers often get up to Other Shenanigans in between Adventure Weeks; drinking, whoring, doing other work around town etc.... but all that stuff (& money accrued or spent) is irrelevant in the bigger picture.

So yeah, Just Swap it over- no cost. Enchantments carry over (as long as the PHB/AdV etc says it can for that Armour type), if you have any....which come to think about it, I don't believe Klob does.... unless you are spending some of you cash to buy some non-slot Magic Armour :P

Unfortunately, last nights module couldn't be played.
We had 2 drop-outs leaving only 3 players (no-one wanted to take us up on the remaining free space advertised here on boards on the 17th Dec)- & I've said before- to take the most from the adventure (the most enjoyment for the players having a rounded group), I have to have a minimum of 4.

Those who did appear, Thanks!

But please, if you know you cannot make it- please get word to the GM so they can decide whether they are able to go ahead without you, or whether to abort & save people a wasted journey. :(

I am still prepared to run these adventures,.... if there is still the interest (& numbers) in playing them.
Have to see what's on the cards with the Club rota,.... & potentially any new members to the Club who want a game....., but nominally I can run again in March.

In the meantime, hope everyone in the Club has a great New Year's Eve!

I was going to wait until later in the month, but as the question has been raised in the 'Coming Months' thread, I'll post this now!....

Weekly Adventures in the Forgotten Realms will return for March.

With Mark being on Paternity Leave, there is definitely 1 space free for any Club member who wants it.
However, from amongst the other 'regulars'- can I please ask you to check your diaries and to confirm your interest in continuing to play into March?

Normal rules apply- contact me either by declaring intent in this thread, or by contacting me via mail, text or PM.
Just as important, if you know you cannot make 1 particular week in March, please let me know in advance so we can offer the spot to another member and/or figure out if there are still enough players to play that week.

So, over the course of the next 2 weeks, please let me know who's ok to play on March 3rd.

(Oh- 1 or 2 of you let me know what items you would like to see in the Treasure Bundles over the next few games, but just a reminder! For those who haven't, here's your opp to get an item tailored to your character rather than rely on the luck of the draw in the mod :D - let me know!)
