Welcome!

This forum is for discussion of the products released by Sceaptune Games and is hosted by UK Roleplayers, with whom Sceaptune Games has a close relationship. If you're interested in RuneQuest and non-Gloranthan settings, visit our website (above or at http://www.sceaptunegames.co.uk/) and try our supplements.

Have fun!

What do you want to know?

We're working on some d20 modules as well as more RuneQuest supplements. On the blocks are more "Friends and Foes" as well as another "Quester's Guide", perhaps several. There are a number of Lost Isles/ Singleton Scenarios planned.

Which comes first depends on sales, tbh.

[quote="Halfbat"]"Quester's Guide"[quote]

Can I put pleas in for:

All the obscure stuff from RQ which no one quite knows how to use. Renamed if necessary. Made more generic a la ducks if desirable.
Jelmere
Timinits
Dragonewts (mere wishing I know, and I understand the commerical reasons why not but I can still hope)
Aldryami (see above)
Mostali
Broo
Uroxi
Lunars
Jack O'Bears
God Learners
Kralorea

And historical 'real world' (i.e. make em as real or not as you want)
The Mongols
The Alans
The Huns
The Goths (I was thinking of the historical tribe but Emos if you want)
The Imperial Chinese
The Pre-Imperial Chinese
The Angles, Jutes and Saxons

And obscure* mythical beings
Tengu
Kami
Fey inc. Fey Beasts
Ghosts

Al

*obscure as in nothing RQ gamewise currently in print, not obscure as in 'please fellow ukrpgers regale me with your knowledge of said beings and attempt to make me feel like a philistine'

Thanks, Al.

"The Quester's Guide to Dwarves and Dvergar" may answer one of your requests relating to Mostali (they can't be Mostali as that's Gloranthan - and on that note, the Lunars are out as well).

Interesting you asked for the RL nomad peoples (especialy the Alan!). I have long been interested in such peoples and have some work sketched out for fantasy versions...

Forget about D20. ;) I personally would like to see more Lost Isles material.

Though I would also like to see historical settings or data for MRQ.

How well do the two lines sell (I appreciate that you do not want to disclose commercially sensitive information) but are we talking parity or does Scepatune's d20 stuff massively outsell MRQ or vice versa?

Don't know yet. We haven't actually launched it. The d20 stuff is just in the works - Singleton Scenarios/Lost Isles and standalone scenarios. Much as we like RQ, and even with 4e on the horizon, we have to produce some d20 material as it is so dominant.

Erm, isn't the reason there's so much D20 stuff the fact that it does sell? :?
