Kobold Quarterly subscriptions free to military personnel

Wolfgang Baur’s ‘Adopt-a-Soldier’ programme has proved popular with sponsors so now he’s advertising for soldiers (and other military personnel) to receive the free Kobold Quarterly subscriptions that have been donated.
