WWDDGD 2009 – Now with Three Times the Fun!

Worldwide Dungeons & Dragons Game Day
Player’s Handbook 2: 21 March 2009

In 2009, Worldwide D&D Game Day is set to expand yet again: This time into three separate events! That’s right, this year WWDDGD will be celebrated on three dates, corresponding to the release of the three “2s”—Player’s Handbook 2; Monster Manual 2; and Dungeon Master’s Guide 2.

As with past WWDDGDs, each date will be a celebration of the world’s most popular RPG, complete with great activities and free stuff.

The March event celebrates the release of the Player’s Handbook 2, packed with new options for the Dungeons & Dragons game.

The event previews new races (such as the gnome) and new classes (like the invoker and barbarian) while pitting players against wicked fiends and dark plots. For players new to the game as well as 4th Edition veterans, this event has everything needed to embark on an all-new adventure:

One Dark Night in Weeping Briar – A stormy night, an empty town, and a small girl who holds the key to the strange disappearances. An adventure for 5 pregenerated 11th-level characters.
