Charles Stross’ “The Laundry Files” RPG Announced

Cubicle 7 Entertainment Ltd is a British based publisher of Tabletop Roleplaying Games, Board and Card games. They currently have a very good team of freelance artists whom they use on a regular basis, but are looking at expanding the pool as they have a number of current and future projects which they could use some additional artists on.

Department 7, Cubicle 7 Entertainment’s official demo team, is recruiting.

They’re looking to strengthen their demo teams with people interested in running, and teaching, our games at conventions, clubs and game stores in their local areas and at regional and national games conventions.

They, along with our publishing partners, now produce a wide variety of games and are adding more all the time. To date they’ve been exclusively publishing Roleplaying Games but they’re also complimenting these with card and board games in the future.

Arc Dream Publishing and Cubicle 7 Entertainment are pleased to announce a new publishing partnership. Cubicle 7 will publish the “Wild Talents” game line developed and produced by Arc Dream, beginning in January 2010 with the Second Edition of the “Wild Talents” roleplaying game. The “Wild Talents” sourcebooks “The Kerberos Club,” “This Favored Land,” and “Grim War” will follow in February, March, and April, with further releases planned throughout the year.



Playtest Open Call, New Licensed Fantasy RPG

Would you like to play a role in the development of Cubicle 7 Entertainment’s new licensed fantasy RPG? They’re looking for enthusiastic playtesters to help make sure that the game is the best it possibly can be. The playtest will involve reading the rules, playing the game and reporting back to them on what works well, what doesn’t work so well, and any other comments you have on how it all plays. The official announcement is still a while away, so you will be required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure that the game details are kept secret. Triple Ace Games Join Forces with Cubicle 7

Cubicle 7 Entertainment and Triple Ace Games (TAG) are pleased to announce they have formed a publishing partnership.

This great alliance sees Cubicle 7 handling production and marketing starting with the release of the Hellfrost: Bestiary and Hellfrost: Gazetteer in November. Hellfrost is an amazing fantasy setting filled with frost giants and ice goblins. It is written by Paul ‘Wiggy’ Wade-Williams for the origins award-winning Savage Worlds RPG system.



Cubicle 7 Granted Call of Cthulhu and Basic Roleplaying Licenses

Cubicle 7 Entertainment is pleased to announce that we have signed two licenses with Chaosium Inc in regards to their CALL OF CTHULHU and BASIC ROLEPLAYING game lines.

The first license covers the creation and publication of CALL OF CTHULHU adventures and supplements. The first of these is CTHULHU BRITANNICA which is released in August. This new collection of horror scenarios features five tales of horror and the weird, set within the green and pleasant land of England. Each scenario focuses upon a different time period, from the streets of Victorian London to the far future when End is almost nigh. Although each scenario can be played as part of an existing campaign, they also come with a set of pre-generated player characters, allowing all to be played and run with the minimum of effort. Our CTHULHU BRITANNICA series then continues with FOLKLORE in November. This sourcebook gives life to strange tales and strange places where myth meets mythos in Britain’s darkest corners.

Cubicle 7 Entertainment is pleased to announce that we have signed an agreement with Boxninja to publish their award winning science fiction 3:16 Carnage Amongst The Stars Roleplaying Game and the much anticipated fantasy follow-up, Carnage Amongst The Tribes.

The deal sees Cubicle 7 handling production and marketing for Adamant’s print products, starting with Mars: Savage Worlds Edition in September. This fantastic Savage Worlds setting features sky-corsairs, ancient cities, warrior tribes and albino apes – the Mars of pulp fiction and Saturday morning serials.

The British publisher of role-playing adventure games and card and board games, Cubicle 7 Entertainment has announced that it has joined the Rebellion Group of companies.

Founded in 2006 Cubicle 7 Entertainment was set up by Angus Abranson and Dominic McDowall-Thomas, two gaming entrepreneurs who wanted to create a games publisher fostering some truly iconic brands. Since then the company has published role playing games from a growing list of properties including Victoriana, SLA Industries, Starblazer Adventures (based on DC Thomson’s 80’s Starblazer comic series) and 7th Circle’s Chinese fantasy Qin.
