Seven Hills 2018 theme suggestions

Postby dr_mitch » 3:10pm on 18 Apr 17

By popular request, here's a thread for the Seven Hills 2018 theme. Suggestions already (on that silly Facebook place) include:

Day Zero
Love
Ruins
Alternative History
Fake News
Pulp Adventure
Journeys
The Dark
The 1990s
Far Frontier
The East
I'm too old for this sh*t

Discovery
Interesting Times
Disaster
Real Life People
Still, You've Got To Laugh.

The last was just to lighten me up.

I put forward 'Ruins' as that could be quite broad.

Whatever it is can it be a definite THEME and not just something that can be hand waved away?

This painting has been making the rounds across The Internet.
And, thus, I second Darran and vote for ruins to be our theme.

Before the 24/7 era there was something new and exciting but also sordid and sleazy that arrived on the streets.

7/11. Tales from the late night shelves; all human life is here.
