There ares very few 4 bedroom lodges (assuming you mean 4 room and not 4 bed), and they are notoriously difficult to get...

They are? We always figured the 4 room ones were less in demand than the 3 room ones.

4 room ones always go first. I think it's because they are the cheapest per person and gamers are traditionally as tight as a ducks arse.

Conception Early Booking

Doesn't look good for me for this year, as I'll be smack in the middle of training for Afghanistan. If the opportunity to go comes up last minute I'll just have to find accommodation as and when or day commute it from Gosport.

Ooshie and Elysuim.

Two Lodges have been reserved for you, seperately, in your names.

Both reservations will be held till the end of August. I'lll expect booking forms and at least a deposit by then to secure them.

Hey mate,

out of curiosity what happens if you don't receive booking forms and a deposit? Do they go back into the public pot effectively losing the privilege of the early booking? Or would you still expect the deposit?

Us lot down on the real South Coast have gone through a turbulent time and were never known for our responsible nature. So I will try my damn hardest to ensure we can either fill the lodges (and I certain Elysium's merry band will) or at least let you know what is going on, so you know you can organize stuff.

Cheers

The reservation will be cancelled and the lodge will be offered up to others. Simple as that.

I'll only expect deposits from those that still have reservations not from those that have had them cancelled. I won't cancel a reservation once a deposit has been made, unless instructed to do so.

Obviously, once a Deposit has been paid I'd expect ample notice should "Plans change".

Er, does anyone have a spare bed in the lodge? (Just for myself, Dan not going). Or should I poke the organisers about getting on a reserve list?

Both lodges are full now, but if a space comes up will keep posted. If anyone wants to be on a list for cancellations let me know.
