I failed the resistance roll to upgrade my Panasonic micro 4/3 kit to newer versions last week...

I hear you, but then I have known ever since I saw an X-pro 1 in 2012 that it was the Leica range finder replacement for me, I even costed buying it right away, but I had *only* just invested in m4/3, like a month before.
I'll sell m4/3 later and go Fuji X in 2018

Resisting Iunu (LudiCreations Egyptian game) which looks fun https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/ludicreations/iunu

Mainly as the Cold War kid in me fancies Manhatten Project 2: Minutes to Midnight. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/mi ... board-game

But I'm also resisting that as I backed Cascade at the level that got me a copy of the Veil. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/sa ... aying-game

I love the Veil. Revelation 2018 perhaps? So many to choose from.

The King in Yellow Kickstarter. But the madness calls and I dream of lost Carcosa.

I was also resisting Top Secret and then I realised that the physical box had no EU friendly option for shipping, so that will be PDF only for me.

I'm also sorely tempted by this but I honestly can't see me using it.

I am resisting Kickstarter because it's become absurd.

(Although I did back the making of a cd this week by a musician I know. There's a real danger that this won't fund or possibly happen at all without the money up front which was the whole 'kin point of KS in the first place.)

Cancelled off the Top Secret campaign for a variety of reasons. Still resisting the other two.

Don't do PDFs (OK, I made an exception for Cabal) so the $25 shipping and potential for taxes have stopped me backing Top Secret too.

I don't tend to back RPGs on Kickstarter, mainly doing board games. But I am still thinking about Damn the Man Save the Music

I am resisting 'The Electric State'. If you like Tales from the Loop you may have to as well.

I am sorry, Dom. But resistance is futile. If you already have "Tales from the Loop' then you must get "Electric State" That is just how it works. Your collection will not be complete if you skip on this beautiful project, Dom.

I am on the 2d20 bandwagon, so safe from this, but not totally safe from projects like John Carter of Mars on the horizon.

I had the artbooks before the RPG was Kickstartered, so you're right.

Much as I love Traveller, and it has consistently been the most played RPG for me over 36 years of roleplay, I've largely managed to resist the Mongoose 2nd Edition. This is despite the fact that it looks to be the smoothest and best iteration so far. The Great Rift Kickstarter has an option to get all the books and PDFs for a modest saving, and that's pulling me in.

The starscape is highly compacted now, with FFG Star Wars, D6, Coriolis, Infinity, M-Space, the PbtA trilogy of Farflung, Impulse Drive & Uncharted Worlds, Mindjammer and others including oldies such as Fading Suns. Diaspora 2 is likely to be fab, though that might be on the Far Horizons.

Despite this, I'm tempted to jump into TravSpace and bag the lot. The mass of my SF shelves, Cepheus and time that I do not have hold me in vigilant high guard.

I'm resisting the Traveller 'Beyond the Rift' kickstarter for a variety of reasons, but if you haven't got the new edition and want it, the Senior Scout pledge gets you the entire MGT2 set of books (inc PDFs) for £100 extra. Worth it if you want to get the new edition

The Pendragon based 'Paladin' is mightily impressive. And a big book! I may go for this if only to save postage when it's out in reality (and to be honest, the pound will probably have dropped more by then as well).

The Midderlands looks like a sweet OSR setting set in a fantasy Midlands.

I'm seriously torn on this one too. I've had thoughts before that Charlemagne and company deserving an RPG treatment, and Pendragon is perfect. So I'm there for at least PDF. But I'm not sure likely play merits me getting the hard cover, especially with so many other things on the cards at the moment.
