I'd have jumped straight for that except I already own the box set version of the first five books from when that was on offer.

Been a while, I know (blame it on too much to do):

Jabberwocky Literary Agency have a number of discounted titles to tie in with the HBO Midnight Texas premiere: http://awfulagent.com/books-to-read-at-midnight

They're all discounted in the US, and may be discounted in other countries. I recommend (on Amazon at least) searching for 'Jabberwocky Literary Agency' and sorting by price, lowest to highest. I picked up some on Amazon.co.uk:

Charlaine Harris: Dancers in the Dark & Layla Steps Up: The Layla Collection at £1.49, the others don't seem to be discounted (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Dancers-Dark-L ... players-21)

Simon R Green: Drinking Midnight Wine at £2.32 https://www.amazon.co.uk/Drinking-Midni ... players-21 I also noticed books 2 & 3 of the Forest Kingdoms series at £2.49 [but book 1 is £4.50], and a lot of his Nightside series at £1.99, and I'm tempted by the 2 Hawk & Fisher omnibuses at £6.51 each.

Aliette de Bodard https://www.amazon.co.uk/Servant-Underw ... players-21 is £2.74

Also, Smashwords have a sale on until the end of the month: https://www.smashwords.com/books/category/1/newest/1 I have found very little of interest this time round apart from Sherwood Smith's Sacheria En Garde (I had book 1 but had never come across book 2), some Charlotte E English (I've started the Tales of Alfenhame series - sort of Jane Austen writes Susanna Clarke), and some paranormal detective stories by Vered Ehsani (rather better written than the other series I looked at on Amazon). I also replaced the 5 Shirley Rousseau Murphy Runestone of Eresu and 4 Moira Caldecott's Guardians of the Tall Stones series I had in DTE.

I'm finding I seem to have less time for reading longer novels these days plus Amazon.co.uk have had very little of interest recently apart from repeat sales and freebies. I get on better reading anthologies; I can read one or 2 stories per day and still have time for other things while on the train.

All of Mary Gentle's Arthurian books are in a reduced price bundle on Kindle at the moment.

This is a slightly more historical Arthur and well worth the time. The bundle puts it at £2 a book.

Amazon

All of Ben Winters' Last Policeman novels have been reduced to £1.49 each.
