Raging Swan Press

This week, Raging Swan Press is proud to announce the release of its latest Pathfinder Roleplaying Game compatible GM’S RESOURCE: Caves & Caverns by Creighton Broadhurst and David Posener.

In the deep, hidden places of the world where darkness rules, lurk dangers beyond the wildest nightmares of most who dwell in the sunlit uplands of the surface. Only the bravest and most skilled adventurers dare to invade the realms of the depraved duergar, the insane derro or the spider-worshipping drow. Beyond these terrible threats lurk the predators of the wild lands chief amongst them the feared purple worm and the implacable roper.

Running a campaign, or extended adventure, in the deep places of the world requires extensive preparation and planning. Caves & Caverns alleviates a GM’s preparation time allowing him to focus on providing exciting and compelling adventures by providing the tools to craft memorable adventures. Caves & Caverns presents:

  • Over 30 ready-made encounters (EL 4 – 12 )
  • Over 60 stat blocks (CR 1 – 13)
  • Information on the features and hazards of the Ebon Realm
  • And more!

You can download sample encounters, stat block listings and more from Caves & Caverns webpagehere.

And don’t forget, Caves & Caverns is a Dual Format PDF and is included in Raging Swan’s Free PDFs promotion.

You can buy this product from DriveThruRPG/RPGNow.

About Dave McAlister

Dave has been roleplaying for over 30 years, having played and/or run most mainstream systems with the espionage genre being an early favourite. So much so that, in 1999, he started Modus Operandi. That same year he joined the Sarbreenar "Living" campaign team as their plotline controller before moving across to the Living Spycraft campaign team (as UK Regional Branch Director) in 2003. 2003 also saw the birth of UK Role Players as well as Dave's first freelance writing appointment (co-writing World Militaries and consulting on both US Militaries and Battlegrounds, all for Spycraft). Since then, Dave has concentrated on supporting the UK gaming scene. He has organised and run several small, one-day, events and was the RPG Area Manager for Gen Con UK in 2004. His current favourite systems are Dungeons & Dragons (specifically 5th Edition), Savage Worlds and Cinematic Unisystem. He has a (currently neglected) blog at dave.mcalister.org.uk and runs a D&D 5e SRD website at DnD5e.info.
